For my publication design class in 2018, we were given three different prompts for our first magazine spread. Our teacher provided pre written copy and gave us full range to design a layout with at least one side bar and one pull
goal:
I chose to do the travel magazine prompt about Havana, Cuba. The copy describes in great detail how many parts of Havana looks like it was frozen in time, with vintage cars and old colorful houses. I wanted this spread to capture that vintage quality and also capture the vibrant feel of the city.
